Your guarantor must have a monthly income equivalent to 4 times the rent, including charges. If this is not the case, you can have two guarantors: each one of them must provide proof of income equivalent to 3 times the rent, including charges. If you don't have any physical guarantor, you can go through an organization such as Garantme or Visale.
