How to book at YouFirst Campus ?

Are you a student or a young professional looking for accommodation in a young professional and student residence? You can book your future accommodation online in just a few clicks. Make it even easier on yourself by preparing your documents before you begin.

Four simple steps to book your accommodation

Choose your apartment

Select your preferred residence after defining your key criteria in the search engine. Discover the residence and the details of our different types of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, shared and large apartments. Select your preferred accommodation and click on “Book” to submit your application.

Submit your application

Create your account. Upload the requested documents. You can always save and come back later to complete the process. The selected apartment is pre-booked, and a timer tells you how long you have left to complete your application. Submit your completed application. The YouFirst team will review it and email you its decision as soon as possible, usually within 24 working hours.

Simply sign, pay – and the apartment is yours!

Good news, your application was successful! Your YouFirst Manager will send you the lease, to be signed electronically. Your reservation is guaranteed for 48 hours to give you time to sign the documents and make your payment. Payment of fees and security deposit can be made by credit card on the YouFirst Campus website, or by bank transfer. You will receive a notification with your lease signed by YouFirst.

The process for booking a YouFirst Campus apartment is the same for everyone. If you do not have a physical guarantor who declares their income in France, you have the option of using a guarantee agency.

What do I need to pay when I book?

When your apartment for students and young professionals booking is approved, you will receive our draft lease to sign. You will then be able to pay your start-up costs, comprising fees and the security deposit. Your first rental payment must be paid before you arrive at the residence for students and young professionals.

The guarantor(s)

The physical guarantor must provide a French tax return and have an income at least equivalent to 4 times the amount of the rent including all expenses. It is possible to add a second guarantor. In this case, each must provide proof of monthly income at least equivalent to 3 times the amount of monthly rent including expenses. • Both sides of valid national identity card or passport • The 4 pages of most recent French tax return • Last three pay slips • Recent proof of employment
