A Simple 4-Step Process
1
Choose Your Accommodation

Select your preferred residence after defining your key criteria in the search engine. Select the accommodation that suits you and click “Book” to submit your application.

2
Submit Your Application

Create your account and upload the requested documents. You can save your application at any time and come back later to complete it. For the accommodation you have selected, a timer will show you how much time you have left to finalize your application. Once your application is complete, submit your booking request. The YouFirst team will review your application as quickly as possible.

3
Sign, Pay, and It’s Booked!

Good news: your application has been approved! You will receive your lease to sign electronically. Your booking is held for 48 hours, giving you time to make your payment and sign the required documents. Marketing fees and the security deposit can be paid by credit card on the YouFirst Campus website or by bank transfer. You will receive a notification once your lease has been signed by YouFirst Campus.

Your Questions
To make booking easier, we only display apartments available for students and young professionals in the search results. When no date is shown, the apartment is available immediately; otherwise, the availability date is specified in the listing.
No, the apartment remains available until the application has been fully approved. We recommend completing your application as soon as possible.
We can’t share the names or contact details of current residents, but we won’t leave you completely in the dark. Send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to share a few details to help you picture yourself there more easily!
