Rules – Referral Program
YouFirst Campus 2026

Article 1 – Organizer

The company YouFirst Campus, a general partnership with a share capital of €260,000.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 501 705 909, with its registered office at 16 rue des Capucines, 75002 Paris, is organizing a referral program.

Article 2 – Definitions

This offer applies to the entire portfolio listed on the YouFirst Campus website, for all types of accommodation.

“Referrer”: refers to any natural person who meets all of the following cumulative conditions:

• Of legal age and residing in mainland France,

• A tenant of a YouFirst accommodation under a current lease agreement, fully up to date with the payment of rent and service charges at the time of the referral operation, excluding tenants with outstanding payments and occupants without legal right or title.

“Referred Person”: refers to any natural person who meets all of the following cumulative conditions:

• Of legal age and residing in mainland France,

• A student, or a person under the age of thirty in training or internship and/or holding a professional training or apprenticeship contract, or a young professional,

• Who was not already a YouFirst tenant prior to entering into their lease in one of the aforementioned Residences.

“Referrer Reward”: €100 per new referred customer. This reward takes the form of a rent reduction granted by the landlord to the Referrer, payable on the date the Referred Person’s move-in inspection report is signed, and applied to the invoice for the month following that date.

If the Referred Person’s move-in inspection report is signed after the Referrer has vacated the YouFirst accommodation they occupied, the Referrer will not be eligible for the referral offer and will not be entitled to the Referrer Reward or any financial compensation.

“Referred Person Reward”: €100 in the form of a rent reduction granted by the landlord to the Referred Person, applicable only to the first month’s rent from the date of the move-in inspection report.

Article 3 – Purpose of the Referral Program and Participation Terms

The YouFirst Campus referral program is intended for YouFirst Campus tenants and aims to reward them when they recommend YouFirst Campus Residences to their relatives or acquaintances.

This referral program consists of a tenant of a YouFirst Campus residence introducing one or more Referred Persons (within the limit specified in Article 5) to YouFirst Campus with a view to signing a lease with YouFirst Campus for one of the Residences referred to in Article 2.

To participate, the Referred Person must, when submitting their online application on the website https://campus.youfirst.co/fr, enter the promotional code on the tenant form and provide the Referrer’s email address.

Failing this, neither the Referrer nor the Referred Person will be considered as having participated in the referral program, and no reward will be granted.

YouFirst Campus may therefore verify that the Referrer is indeed a tenant of a YouFirst residence and is up to date with rent payments in order to validate eligibility for the referral program.

Once the Referrer’s eligibility has been validated, the Referrer and the Referred Person will only be entitled to their respective rewards if the Referred Person signs a lease agreement whose effective date, corresponding to the date of the move-in inspection report, falls between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. The terms of payment of the Referrer Reward and the Referred Person Reward are specified in Article 2.

Article 4 – Duration of the Referral Program

From January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Article 5 – Limits

The number of referrals is illimited for the entire duration of the YouFirst Campus referral program covered by these rules. This offer may not be combined with other ongoing promotions.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The organizing company reserves the right to shorten, suspend, extend, modify, or cancel the referral program at any time for any reason whatsoever. Its liability shall not be incurred as a result.

The organizing company also reserves the right to refuse any referral that does not comply with all the conditions and provisions of these rules.

Article 7 – Personal Data

The Personal Data concerning Referrers and Referred Persons collected solely for the purposes of the referral program are processed by YouFirst Campus, acting as data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on data processing, files, and freedoms, as amended.

For the purposes of the Program, only the last names, first names, and postal and electronic addresses (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data”) of the Referrer and the Referred Person will be collected.

The collection of this data is based on the consent of the Referrers and Referred Persons.

Referrers and Referred Persons are informed that the Personal Data concerning them, collected as part of this program, are necessary for processing their participation in the referral program and for awarding the rewards. Failing this, the organizing company will not be able to process any request or such processing may be delayed. Any incomplete, incorrect, false, misleading, identity-theft-related, or fictitious information provided by a Referred Person, or where applicable by a Referrer, will be considered null and void and contrary to the participation terms of the Program.

If Personal Data are provided by the Referrer or the Referred Person on behalf of the other, both parties benefit from the same rights. The party providing the information acknowledges that they have obtained the other party’s consent and have informed them of the provisions of these rules and of their rights regarding Personal Data.

Only the organizing company, its internal departments, and any subcontractors responsible for actions related to the referral program will be recipients of this data.

The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

The data collected by YouFirst Campus for this Program are retained for a period of 12 months from the date the Referred Person submits their application.

After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required under EU law and/or the law of a Member State to which the data controller is subject, in particular where the data are still necessary for the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, and/or where there is no longer a legitimate interest in retaining them.

In accordance with data protection regulations and within the limits set by law, Referrers and Referred Persons have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and restrict the processing of their data. They also have the right to object to the processing of their data and to withdraw their consent at any time. They also have the right to set specific or general instructions regarding the processing of their data after their death.

To exercise their rights, they may send their request by email to protectiondesdonnees@gecina.fr or by post to the attention of DPO GECINA, 16 rue des Capucines, 75084 Paris Cedex 02.

If questions remain after contacting the DPO, Referrers and Referred Persons may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés – CNIL).

Article 8 – Access to the Rules

These rules are available free of charge upon request or may be consulted on the website campus.youfirst.co/fr/footer/reglement-parrainage.

Participation in the referral program implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. Should one or more provisions of these rules be declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Article 9 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The referral program and these rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any dispute relating thereto shall be submitted to the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
