Southwest of Bordeaux, the residence hall is quite easily accessible by car, located close to the main motorway networks.
To the north: via Avenue de Candau, which connects up to the A630 motorway, via Avenue de Gradignan, to the north of Bordeaux and the French motorway A10 (E5 European motorway) in the direction of Paris;
To the east: via Avenue Jean Jaurès then Cours du Maréchal Gallieni to Bld Albert 1er, via Bld Président Franklin Roosevelt; then the A89 / E70 motorway network in the direction of Lyon;
To the south: via Avenue du Maréchal Juin and Avenue du Docteur Albert Schweitzer, then Avenue de Saige, you can access the A630 motorway. This connects up with the main motorways from the south of France to the southwest, in the direction of the Basque region and the Spanish border, on the one hand, and on the other hand, southeast France with the famous Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region;
To the west: via Avenue de Gradignan and Avenue de Candau, you can take the A630 French motorway until the interchange for Avenue François Mitterrand, in the direction of Cap Ferret and the famous Arcachon Bay area.
From Saint-Jean station
Tramway Line C: change at Porte de Bourgogne (Line A), then at Hôtel de Ville (Line B), get off at Arts et Métiers.
Bus Line 58: from Meunier, 500 meters from the train station, Line 58 offers a direct service to your stop Village 1 (line with disabled access).
From Mérignac-Arlac station

Tramway Line A: from Peychotte, change at Hôtel de Ville (Line B), then get off at François Arts et Métiers.

Citéis Bus Line 42: from Lycée Daguin, change at Pessac Centre Trendel (Bus Line 87), then get off at Village 1.
From Bordeaux Merignac airport, to the west of Bordeaux, there are a number of options available for travelling to your residence hall (journey time of around one hour).
Shuttle and bus services
The Jet'Bus shuttle service, located at Gate 11, will take you from the airport to Fontaine d'Arlac station (get off at park and ride level). From there, you can take Bus Lines 23 and Citéis 42:
Bus Line 23 runs from Pessac Centre Trendel (Bus Line 87) to your stop Village 1.
Citéis Bus Line 42: change at Pessac Centre Trendel (Bus Line 87), then get off at Village 1.
With the Jet’Bus shuttle service: you can get off at Pellegrin (stop: Hôpital), then take Lianes Bus Line 8 to your stop INRIA.
Lianes Bus Line 1 runs from the airport to Pessac Centre Trendel (Bus Line 87), to your stop Village 1.
