Ivry-sur-Seine is a bustling suburb just to the south of Paris. The neighbourhood is undergoing an urban revolution, with numerous projects springing up like the development of the 4.5-hectare Parc de la Confluence park or the Villars district, which just so happens to be the location of our new, latest-generation YouFirst Campus residence for student. The bustling Villars district is the result of a joint project with the City of Paris aimed at gradually removing the borders with the suburb, making it an ideal place to work and live.

Here, universities, shops, sports facilities and cultural attractions will form a new hub for student life from the start of the academic year. At the foot of the new EICAR film and television school, a stone’s throw from a gym and a dojo that open onto a pedestrian square and a garden nestled amongst the buildings, the residence boasts a well-connected, secure and relaxed environment. Pedestrians and cyclists are given priority here — the Metro, tramway and ring road are just a short walk or ride away.
