Will I be asked to make an interim payment to confirm my young professional & student accommodation reservation?

To confirm your accommodation for students and young professionals reservation, all you have to do is sign the lease and pay the start-up costs (fees and security deposit). If you change your mind and want to cancel your booking after you have signed the lease and before it starts, you only have to ask – we will refund the full amount paid on request.
