When do I need to provide the documents about my financial guarantees?

Your financial guarantee (not to be confused with the security deposit) is essential. Without it, the submission of your application cannot be confirmed. 
You can use the guarantee simulator on the search results and apartment pages to find out the maximum rent you qualify for, depending on the guarantees you can provide.

If you opt for a corporate guarantor (a guarantee agency), you will need to provide the eligibility certificate issued by the agency when you submit your application. Once your application has been accepted by YouFirst Campus, you will be asked to provide the final guarantee document, which will also be issued by your guarantee agency.
