What documents do I need to book my accommodation ?

Prepare your documents in advance to maximise your chances of securing the accommodation.

All documents must be provided in PDF, JPG or PNG format, clearly legible.

You are a student

• National ID card (front & back) or valid passport
• Student card or proof of enrolment / researcher status
• Physical guarantor based in France OR eligibility certificate covering the rent (Visale or Garantme)

You are a young professional

• National ID card (front & back) or valid passport
• Employer certificate, employment contract or job offer letter
• Tax assessment notice
• Proof of current address
• Visale eligibility certificate

Guarantor(s)

Required income: at least 4x the monthly rent including charges.
With a second guarantor: each must justify an income of at least 3x the monthly rent including charges.

• National ID card (front & back) or valid passport
• All 4 pages of the latest French tax assessment
• Last 3 payslips
• Recent employer certificate

Depending on the guarantor's situation

• Self-employed / liberal profession → extract from accounting records
• Tenant → latest rent receipt
• Property owner → property tax notice
