Yes. The Visale guarantee is only for rent payments of no more than €800 including tax and expenses in Paris and the Paris region and €600 including tax and expenses in the rest of France, provided the amount is between 30% and 50% of your income. You do not need to provide proof of financial resources for rent payments of less than €425 including tax and expenses.
