« Je suis très heureuse dans la résidence, elle est très bien située, la station de métro et les arrêts de bus sont à proximité. Les studios ont des finitions modernes, des installations complémentaires pour la convivialité et le sport. Et surtout, le service administratif est vraiment efficace, Sabine est toujours prête à répondre aux questions, aux mails, au support immédiat :) et le service de maintenance de la résidence est top grâce à elle. Je recommande la résidence ! »

« As a student I really enjoyed my stay here as the residence has a gym inside the building, a common area and friendly people living there. The cleaning happens on an ordinary basis and the manager is very nice and open. The facility is closed to an amazing and huge park (with a fantastic view on the whole city of Paris) where people go running or simply to enjoy a beer at sunset. As a cherry on the cake there are Lidl (4 mins by walk), a huge mall with auchan inside, at 5 mins by walk, metro line 3 that cuts paris from east to west, also 5 mins by walk »

« I love living here - nice quiet area, really close to the metro and Auchan/mall, and while it's not directly in the city I can get into the city very quickly. Also love the manager, Sabine - always so pleasant, happy and efficient. During office hours, she always makes herself really available, and I know if she's not in her office then she'll get back to an email really fast. Today, I needed someone to look at the light in my bathroom because it was flickering weird: I emailed her and got a response within 2 hours that she would schedule someone to come tomorrow. She just really seems to enjoy working with the residents, which makes for a really pleasant place to live. Thanks Sabine!! Definitely recommend =) »
